Who we are. RAIZI TOOL POLAND SP. Z O.O. (KRS 0001055743, NIP 8992970294, REGON 526269574), Stargardzka 8A/53, 54-156 Wrocław, Poland ("RAIZI", "we") is the data controller for personal data processed through this store.
What we collect and why.
- Launch updates (Coming-Soon): email address, your segment (Installer / Dealer–Distributor / Other) and optionally your country — processed on your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) to send launch updates. Withdraw anytime via the unsubscribe link or by writing to us; withdrawal doesn't affect prior processing.
- Orders: name, address, email, phone, order and delivery details — processed to perform the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) including delivery and warranty service.
- Trade/dealer inquiries: the business details you submit — processed on our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) in handling B2B relationships.
- Support + warranty: correspondence and product/serial details — contract performance + legal obligations (art. 6(1)(b)/(c)).
- Technical/cookies: see the Cookie Policy.
Processors. Shopify (store platform + payments routing + email), carriers (delivery), payment providers, and IT/service providers under processing agreements; data may be processed outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g. SCCs — Shopify's framework).
Retention. Consent-based data until withdrawal; order data per Polish accounting/tax law (typically 5 years from year-end); inquiry data as long as the relationship requires.
