PORTABLE SYSTEM · POWERED VACUUM HOLD
SmartRail is a portable rail system for manually cutting large-format tiles. Set it up directly on the slab, with integrated electric suction cups holding the guide in position before you score.
Long reach, manageable sections
Two rails form the base set. Add the optional extension for straight cuts up to 3600 mm. Separate sections are easier to transport and assemble where you are working.
One-button vacuum hold
Once the rails are connected, one button activates all the suction cups. If the vacuum level drops, the system restores it automatically, without manual pumping.
Vacuum pressure at a glance
The digital display shows the current vacuum level. You can check the hold while positioning the rail and throughout the scoring pass.

SmartRail is designed for smooth and matt tile surfaces. You guide the scoring carriage by hand and complete the break with tile-breaking pliers. Powered vacuum holds the rail in place while you control the scoring pressure and pace to suit the tile.
