Cookie Policy

7.1. What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of information saved on and read from your device. This Policy also covers similar technologies, such as browser storage, app identifiers, pixels and tags, when they store or access information on a device or record activity on a website.

RAIZI TOOL POLAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is responsible for how these technologies are used in the Store. In this Policy, we refer to the company as “we”, “us” or “our”. For questions, email hello@raiziprotools.com. Some providers also process data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.

7.2. What each category does

We group cookies and similar technologies by their purpose:

1. Essential — support security, sessions, the cart and checkout, and save your privacy choices. They do not require consent to the extent strictly necessary for a service you request.
2. Analytics — measure traffic and how a website is used. They require your consent.
3. Marketing — support activities such as campaign measurement, personalisation or advertising. They require separate consent where the law requires it.

You do not have to agree to analytics or marketing to browse the Store, use the cart or make a purchase. Essential features remain available without that consent.

7.3. Technology providers

The Store uses Shopify, Shopify Network Intelligence and Klaviyo. The table below explains their roles and the rules that apply to cookies:

Using technologies for non-essential analytics or marketing purposes requires your consent. The fact that a provider also supports essential Store functions does not remove that requirement.

Signing up for the newsletter is separate from your cookie settings and requires its own consent. You can withdraw consent to receive messages at any time.

The Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy explains how Shopify processes data for its own services. You can exercise the rights and choices available for those services through Shopify’s privacy portal.

7.4. Managing your consent

On your first visit, you can accept analytics or decline optional cookies. No choice is preselected. Continuing to browse does not give consent.

The “Cookie preferences” button lets you reopen the panel and change your choice. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

A change to your settings applies to use of the technologies from that point onwards. You can also clear data in your browser. Deleting the cookie that saves your choice may cause the panel to appear again.

Your consent covers only the stated purposes and providers. We do not extend it to other purposes or providers without obtaining fresh consent where required.

7.5. Browser settings and security

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may restrict essential Store features. Use the “Cookie preferences” button to manage consent for optional technologies.

We may process server and security logs independently of cookie consent where necessary for security and supported by an appropriate legal basis. We do not use that data for marketing without an appropriate legal basis.
