1. Free delivery in Poland

Delivery of every Product to an address in Poland costs PLN 0. Free delivery does not depend on the basket value or the number of Products ordered.

The Store sells with delivery within Poland. Displaying a page in another language does not mean that delivery outside Poland is available; such delivery requires a separate agreement before an order is placed.

2. Delivery method

We dispatch Products from Wrocław, from the Seller’s address: ul. Stargardzka 8A, lok. 53, 54-156 Wrocław. Products other than BigDog are shipped through DPD to your chosen address in Poland.

Because of its size, BigDog delivery is arranged separately through SUUS. After an order is placed, we contact the Customer to confirm the delivery date within the time stated in section 3 and the access conditions at the delivery location. BigDog delivery to the stated address in Poland also costs PLN 0.

The basket or checkout confirms the delivery cost before an order is placed. The free-delivery statement does not cover an additional service that the Customer orders separately and accepts after receiving its scope and price.

3. Timing and delay

In-stock orders shipped by DPD are prepared for dispatch within 1 business day. After dispatch, the estimated DPD transit time within Poland is up to 2 business days. In-stock BigDog orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 business day; after dispatch, SUUS delivery to the stated address takes up to 5 business days (up to 6 business days in total).

Where payment requires confirmation, order preparation begins after confirmation unless stated otherwise before the order.

The Seller informs the Customer of a material delay without undue delay. A Consumer’s rights where delivery is not made within the agreed time arise under applicable law and are not limited by this Policy.

4. Address, receipt and shipment inspection

The Customer should provide a correct and complete address, a telephone number needed for delivery and information required to access the delivery location. This does not affect rights arising from the Seller’s non-performance or improper performance of the Contract.

On receipt, it is advisable to inspect the packaging and, if possible, document visible damage and report it to the carrier and Seller. The absence of a damage report does not remove the Consumer’s statutory rights against the Seller.

SUUS delivers BigDog to the agreed address. We confirm the delivery date and access arrangements before dispatch. Please ensure safe access to the delivery point. Carrying the machine inside, delivery within a specific time window and other additional services require a separate agreement.

5. Transfer of risk and documents

The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Product passes to the Consumer when the Consumer, or a third person indicated by the Consumer other than the carrier, takes possession of it, except where the Consumer independently selected a carrier not offered by the Seller.

An invoice or other sales document is supplied in the selected and legally permitted form. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of data supplied, subject to the ability to correct it in accordance with law.
