Cooperation and offers

Trade-cooperation enquiries may be submitted through the B2B form on the Contact page. Submitting the form does not automatically conclude a contract, reserve a Product or guarantee a price or territory.

We agree the terms of each B2B offer individually before concluding the contract. The offer sets out the parties, Products, quantities, net price and taxes, currency, payment, shipping, timing, acceptance, liability, complaints, guarantee, governing law and court. Incoterms apply only where agreed. Individually negotiated terms prevail to the extent permitted by law.

Sole traders with consumer rights

Providing a NIP or selecting a “company” field does not remove the rights that the law grants to a Sole Trader with Consumer Rights. Whether those rights apply depends on the particular transaction and its connection to the buyer’s professional activity.

Business terms and personal data

Agreed B2B terms apply to contracts of a professional nature between businesses. They do not restrict the mandatory rights of anyone entitled to statutory consumer protection.

B2B contact-person data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Marketing communication through a channel requiring consent needs an appropriate basis regardless of the B2B context.
