10.1. Store accessibility
We want product information and shopping at RAIZI.PROTOOLS to be accessible to people using a keyboard, magnification, screen reader or other assistive technology. If you have difficulty choosing a product or using the cart, a form, a document or the privacy settings, please contact us.
10.2. Alternative channel
If a barrier makes it difficult to complete an action in the Store, we will help find an accessible way to complete it. An alternative channel does not impose an extra charge on the Consumer or reduce the level of protection.
10.3. Reporting a barrier
An accessibility problem may be reported to hello@raiziprotools.com with the page address, feature, barrier description, device or assistive technology used, and preferred contact method. Providing technical details is voluntary but helps remove the barrier.
