RAIZI.PROTOOLS identifies the Store operated by the Seller. Manufacturer names, Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners.

Store content, photographs, layout and materials are protected to the extent provided by law. Permitted use and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

Technical and guidance materials do not replace instructions, safety rules, professional qualifications or an assessment of the particular working conditions. This does not limit the Seller’s liability for Product conformity, safety or the accuracy of pre-contract information.

8.3. ADR and the ODR platform

Information on available consumer ADR systems is provided in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Online Store Terms. The EU ODR platform has closed and is no longer available.
